| Peugeot offers three separate agreements. Investors may apply for one or more of these agreeements. The three agreements are: |

| • New Vehicle Dealer |
|
| • Authorised Repairer |
|
| • Parts Distributor |
|
| An investor must be able to meet the Selection Criteria and Conditions applicable to each activity before agreeements can be entered into |
