| Several of the Peugeot UK Selection Criteria include a provision that the requirements of the criterion will be subject to review by the Peugeot Franchise Validation Committee. |

| Metropolitan Areas |
 |
| These aredefined within the Peugeot UK Network Plan as those major cities of the UK and their surrounding urban and suburban areas with a population of 500,000 or more. |
 |
| Areas with Local Restrictions |
 |
| These are defined as areas where there are natural or legal restrictions imposed on either the buildings or the environment of the contract site which prevent the contract holder from achieving compliance with the Peugeot UK Selection Criteria. For example, abnormally low planned volumes as a consequence of operating in an isolated market, or listed buildings, preservation orders, local government restrictions,etc. |

| LOCATION,VISIBILITY AND ACCESSIBILITY. |

| The contract site should be well located,with good visibility and ease of access. |

| MINIMUM VALUE |
 |
The contract site must be in an optimal location and have easy
access,including access for a 6 metre long delivery lorry. |

The contract site must haveat least the following:
• Customer parking spaces.
• Deliveryvehicle loading/unloading/parking spaces.
• Loading/unloading area with a sealed facility for night-time deliveries (except for Northern Ireland and offshore islands). |

| MINIMUM VALUE |
 |
| Customer parking: There must be at least one customer parking space for every £160,000 of planned counter parts sales at invoice per annum across all brands. The customer parking bays,including traffic circulation space,must be at least 25m2 per space. |
 |
Note: Where the Vehicle Distribution contract and/or the Authorised Repairer contract are applied for, in addition to the Parts Distribution contract, the customer parking requirements for
each contract are exclusive and accumulative,although the physical provision of the spaces on the site can be grouped together. |

Delivery vehicle loading/unloading/parking: There must be at least one delivery vehicle loading/unloading/parking space for every £300,000 of planned trade van parts sales at invoice value per annum across all brands. Each loading/unloading/parking
area must equate to at least 35m2. |

Loading/unloading area with sealed facility for night-time delivery (except for Northern Ireland and offshore islands):There must be an area of at least 50m2 that can be used for night time deliveries of Peugeot parts. The sealed facility should:
• Be secure and weather proof.
• Have vehicular access for a 6 metre long lorry no further than 50 metres from the facility.
• Have lighting inside and outside the facility.
• Have standard doorway access and a clear floor area,minimum 2 metres x 2.5 metres. |

| Delivery administration systems and methods of delivery exist. |

| MINIMUM VALUE |
 |
There must be an administrative ability for deliveries to be made to trade customers (e.g. trade customers can receive parts 'on account' and be invoiced monthly). If planned parts trade sales exceed £300,000 per annum,there must be at least one parts
delivery van and an additional van for every additional £300,000 of planned parts trade sales per annum, or the equivalent in van availability time. |
