| Several of the Peugeot UK Selection Criteria include a provision that the requirements of the criterion will be subject to review by the Peugeot Franchise Validation Committee. |

| Metropolitan Areas |
 |
| These aredefined within the Peugeot UK Network Plan as those major cities of the UK and their surrounding urban and suburban areas with a population of 500,000 or more. |
 |
| Areas with Local Restrictions |
 |
| These are defined as areas where there are natural or legal restrictions imposed on either the buildings or the environment of the contract site which prevent the contract holder from achieving compliance with the Peugeot UK Selection Criteria. For example, abnormally low planned volumes as a consequence of operating in an isolated market, or listed buildings, preservation orders, local government restrictions,etc. |

| AM1 |

| REQUIREMENT |
 |
| The contract site must be dedicated to the distribution and/or repair of vehicles, motorcycles, cycles and associated products and services. |
 |
| AM2 |
 |
| LOCATION,VISIBILITY AND ACCESSIBILITY. |

 |
| REQUIREMENT |
 |
| The contract site should be well located, visible to passing customers and easy to access. |
 |
| MINIMUM VALUE |
 |
| The contract site must be in an optimal location with a maximum drive time of 15 minutes to the customer base residential and/or employment zone, be visible from the principal thoroughfare in the location and have easy access. |
 |

 |
| The location, visibility and access requirements will be subject to review by the Peugeot Franchise Validation Committee. |

| AM3 |
 |
| OUTSIDE AND INSIDE APPEARANCE. |

| REQUIREMENT |
 |
The contract site must have at least the following:
• An identifiable Authorised Repairer façade.
• Customer parking spaces.
• Courtesy vehicle storage area.
• Work in progress vehicle storage area. |

| MINIMUM VALUE |
 |
| Façade: The building façade must be at least 15 metres long by 2 metres high. |
 |
Note: Where the Vehicle Distribution contract and/or the Parts Distribution contract are applied for, in addition to the Authorised Repairer contract, the facade requirements for each contract are exclusive and accumulative, although the physical provision of
the spaces on the site can be grouped together. |

| Customer parking: There must be at least one customer parking space for every workshop bay, across all brands. The customer parking bays, including traffic circulation space, must be at least 25m2 per space. |
 |

eachcontract areexclusive and accumulative, although the physical provision of the spaces on the site can be grouped together. |

| Courtesy vehicle storage area: There must be at least one courtesy vehicle storage space for every Peugeot workshop bay. The storage area must equate to at least 12.5m2 per vehicle. |

Work in progress vehicle storage area: There must be at least one work in progress vehicle storage space for every Peugeot workshop bay. The storage area must equate to at least
12.5m2 per vehicle. |

Note: Where the Vehicle Distribution contract and/or the Parts Distribution contract are applied for, in addition to the Authorised Repairer contract, the customer parking requirements for eachcontract are exclusive and accumulative, although the physical provision of the spaces on the site can be grouped together. In the case of vehicle storage requirements, the storage
area may be separately located from the principle contract site/s. |

| AM4 |
 |

| REQUIREMENT |
 |
| Inside areas, including a customer reception and waiting area, must be sized in accordance with the capacity of the workshop. |
 |
| MINIMUM VALUE |
 |
| The workshop must have a floor area of at least 30m2 per ramp (20m2 including outside traffic circulation for drive-in ramps). There must be an area set aside for a customer reception and waiting area including a coffee table and chairs. The total space set aside for reception, waiting, office, washroom and communal areas must be at least 3.5m2 per employee on the contract site. |

| There must be a maximum stock density of £1,000 per m2, where the stock is valued at cost. |

 |

| There must be a Peugeot accessory display area. |
 |
| MINIMUM VALUE |
 |
| The Peugeot accessory display area must be at least 5m2 including circulation and 5m2 storage space. |

| The contract site must have computerised communication systems capable of being interfaced with those of Peugeot. |

| The contract site must use a computerised Dealer Management System. |
 |
| AM9 |
 |
| COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS. |

| REQUIREMENT |
 |
| The contract site must have the necessary office equipment and means of communication necessary for the repair of vehicles (telephone/fax lines, telephone switchboard, out of hours answer phone,internet access,e-mail). |

| MINIMUM VALUE |
 |
| Theremust be a dedicated customer handover area of at least 25m2, either inside the building or outside. |
 |
| AM10 |
 |
|
 |
| REQUIREMENT |
 |
The contract site must always have at its disposal, the tools and equipment as specified in the Peugeot tools and equipment lists. Where a limited number of these tools or equipment are not held at the contract site, permanent and quick access to them must
be demonstrated. |
 |
| MINIMUM VALUE |
 |
| The contract site must possess and be able to demonstrate access to tooling and equipment ,in accordance with Peugeot specific updateable lists. |
 |
| AM11 |
 |
|
 |
| REQUIREMENT |
 |
| The contract site must possess the recommended diagnostic equipment, the latest updates and connection to the assistance systems. |
 |
| MINIMUM VALUE |
 |
The contract site must possess at least one Peugeot recommended diagnostic machine (currently Diag2000) for up to five Peugeot Vehicle Technicians (or equivalent in time spent)
and one additional machine for every additional five Peugeot Vehicle Technicians (or equivalent in time spent). The contract site must also have ISDN connectivity to facilitate diagnostic machine updates. |

The contract site must have a subscription to all Peugeot technical
documentation. |
